Aug 89 - Apr 95 MBBS and Rotating Internship
After obtaining MBBS degree (1994) I underwent an internship programme for 1 year which included postings as Medical officer at Primary Health Centers and S.S.G. Hospital, Baroda, which is a 1500 bedded tertiary multi-speciality District Referral Hospital. I had exposure into specialities like Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, etc.

Subsequently from 1995-1999 I completed a 4 years Postgraduate Residency Programme in Orthopedic Department of Sri Sayajirao Hospital, Baroda which laid a foundation in the principles of both orthopaedic and trauma surgery.

- A laboratory based experimental study to test biomechanical characteristics of fixation of peri- prosthetic femoral shaft fractures around well-fixed total hip replacements with the use of locking compression plate (LCP).
